Learn how to find the values associated with an option set, used in plugins, workflows, and form scripting.
Step 1 - Navigate to Customize the System.
On your site map, Select the Settings Area, and click Customizations.

Click on Customize the System.

Step 2 - Navigate to Option Sets
A solution window will appear.
On the left hand side of this window, scroll down and click Option Sets.
Scroll down and double click the associated option set. I am going to use the Contact Type option set that I created in another post.

Step 3 - Identify the Option Set Values
Click on each option set in the list and the value will be displayed on the right hand side next to the word value.
