Learn how to create a new user in Azure Active Directory through the Azure Portal.
Login to your Azure Portal by clicking here.
Search for Azure Active Directory in the search box at the top of the page.
Click on Users from the menu on the left.
Click New User to the right of All Users.
Enter in the corresponding user information and choose to auto-generate a password or choose to create one. Make sure you remember this password. When the user logs in the first time, they will be prompted to change the password.
Click create at the bottom and you have now learned how to create a user in Azure Active Directory.
